    How do credits work?

    Credits pay for Twin chat and AI tools. Usage varies by feature; check your balance and recent use in your wallet. Monthly plans add credits each month. Yearly plans add the full year's credits upfront. Purchased credits do not expire.

    When will I be charged?

    Paid plans are charged at purchase and renew automatically each month or year, as selected. Cancel in Billing settings before renewal to stop the next charge.

    What does the guarantee cover?

    After 12 consecutive months on a paid plan, you may request a refund if you meet the engagement requirements and apply within the 7-day request window. See the full eligibility terms.
